The scope of this horizontal expansion of an existing roof deck, included the addition of a large area for lounging, full kitchen and an outdoor shower. A new metal pergola provides shade, IPE planters and fences add to privacy, while two large, flush-with-deck glass skylights increase natural light in the loft below.
