This four-suite one story commercial building renovation has been developed over a long period, in several phases – starting with a partial interior renovation, followed by the storefront and entry step replacements, then to the final extensive reconstruction, including complete makeover of two suites facing east Patio. New large clear glass garage doors open directly into the reconfigured Patio. Modernization included a completely reconstructed roof, HVAC system replacements, added full building ADA accessibility, and focused on communal amenities including Break, Quiet Rooms and an outdoor Patio for sharing.
