An existing barrel vaulted light industrial brick building with structural wooden bow trusses built in the 1950’s was restored and converted into four flexible commercial spaces with double height ceilings, exposing the restored wood trusses and introducing new contemporary elements; three suites have new skylights and one has an open mezzanine.
