Gut renovation of an existing three-bedroom apartment with the goal to create a more comfortable, multi-functional home for a busy professional couple and their two young daughters. Scope included the addition of a new Powder Room, enlargement of the existing opening between the Kitchen and Dining Area, and extensive custom millwork – also used as a divider between the Dining and Living Areas to create privacy and flexibility.
